Ordering
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.
Currently, the only international size and conversion charts we have available is for our footwear.
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your package is shipped. Use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment in real-time. You may also use your order number provided at checkout along with the email address used to place the order to track your shipment.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa (with the exclusion of certain territories). If you reside outside of these areas, we apologize for any inconvenience and are unable to process your order at this time.
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees.
We offer various shipping methods to cater to your needs. During the checkout process, you will be able to choose from our available shipping options, which may include standard shipping, express shipping, and same-day delivery (if applicable). The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments due to the availability of products or other factors. Rest assured, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees if this occurs.
If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been shipped.
If our shipping carriers are unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason beyond our control, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you to verify the address or make necessary arrangements for re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
Returns & Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hudsongrand.com. Please note that returns will need to be shipped and paid for by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We can work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue if possible and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as appropriate.
